Using sulfate as a simulation factor, Hydurs-1D software was used for numerical simulation. Based on hydrodynamic dispersion theory, a continuous one-dimensional PRB mathematical model was established to simulate and determine parameters for the leaching experiments of PRB with loess and coarse sand ratios. Five different widths of PRB were simulated to treat acidic old kiln water, and the operating period and optimal width of PRB for treating acidic old kiln water were clarified. The dataset contains a total of 10 sets of data, with 3600 data points per set.

Hydurs-1D software was used for numerical simulation, and the accuracy of the calculated output results was set to 0.001g/L.
