From March 10, 2008 to March 30, 2008, the formal experimental observation basic data set was carried out in different experimental areas of Binggou basin. The snow characteristic analyzer is mainly used to observe snow parameters. The purpose is to cooperate with the snow attribute observation of other snow control experiments and Aerospace Satellite Remote Sensing synchronous test, and obtain the snow parameter data verified by remote sensing inversion
The observation contents of snow characteristic observer include:
1) Directly observed physical quantities: resonance frequency, attenuation and 3 dB bandwidth
2) Indirectly observed physical quantities: snow density, snow complex dielectric constant (including real part and imaginary part), snow volume water content and snow weight water content. The snow analyzer data includes 13 folders, which are mainly used to cooperate with the snow parameter investigation of the synchronous experiment during the test period. In addition to the snow characteristic analyzer data, each folder also includes a data description. Each data description includes the sample plot and observation background for users to use.
