This dataset contains plans for new rural construction, Rural Revitalization Strategy, and beautiful village planning at the city and county levels during certain years from 2015 to 2019. Through scientific planning and classified guidance, a batch of socialist new rural areas with smooth roads, beautiful villages, and a clean environment has been built. By strengthening the construction of grassroots organizations and cultivating new types of farmers, a harmonious and stable social environment has been created for new rural construction. Through innovative thinking, improving mechanisms, strengthening measures, and vigorously implementing plans, a large-scale pattern of the whole society participating in the construction of new rural areas has gradually formed in the city. The implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy is regarded as the overall focus for doing a good job in the Three Rural Issues in the new era. Efforts have been made to accelerate the improvement of rural infrastructure construction, consolidate the industrial foundation of rural areas, vigorously improve the level of rural human settlement environment governance, and deeply promote the construction of beautiful villages, continuously enhancing the people's sense of gain and happiness.
This dataset is mainly in Word format, with some containing source data website information. The new rural planning and construction data of various provinces, cities, and counties are displayed in folders.
The data sources include planning announcements from government websites, publicly released news information from the government, and policy collection information from major news websites.
The policy plans were processed to remove impurities, and the purified text data, image data, etc., were classified according to provinces, cities, and counties. They were then stored in corresponding folders, and the folders were used as addresses and stored in an Excel table for easy viewing.
