The meteorological data of downward wind direction and atmospheric pressure of the Yellow River (lhp14 / K10) and upward wind direction and humidity of the Yellow River in 2017 are obtained by using the conventional instruments, such as the observation time of lhp14 / K10 in the downward direction of the Yellow River and the observation time of lhp14 / K10 in the upward direction of the Yellow River.

Kipp & Zonen cnr4, Vaisala hmp155a, ptb110 and other instruments were used for observation.
The short wave radiation value at night is assigned to zero.
he data quality is generally good. In some periods, due to power supply, instrument failure and other reasons, there are some missing measurements, and the missing values are marked as Nan.
