The 30-meter land-use data of the Weihe River Basin include a total of 10 level 1 classes, which are: cropland, woodland, grassland, shrubland, wetland, water body, tundra, man-made surface, bare ground, glacier and permanent snow. It contains rich information on the spatial distribution of surface cover, which better describes the land use status and spatial distribution.

The dataset classifies images mainly using 30-meter multispectral imagery (Landsat series multispectral imagery), and 16-meter resolution multispectral imagery from the Gaofen-1 (GF-1) WFV sensor. The cloudiness is controlled in the remote sensing images when the cloudiness permits. Divided into 10 level 1 classes, which are cropland (code 10), woodland (code 20), grassland (code 30), shrubland (code 40), wetland (code 50), water body (code 60), tundra (code 70), man-made surface (code 80), bare ground (code 90), glacier and permanent snow (code 100).
Taking the Weihe River Basin as the study area, the mask extracted land use data with a spatial resolution of 30 meters for the Weihe River Basin in 2000, 2010 and 2020.
The overall accuracy of the land use data for the years 2000, 2010, and 2020 is above 83.50%, with a Kappa coefficient of 0.78 or higher.
Data quality is good.
